Renowned practitioners Yumino Seki (movement and dance), Kim Balouch (video art), Alice Kristina Rose (scenic art), and Rusty Sheriff (sound design) will lead the sessions. Each workshop will run three times: Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, and Sunday morning.
Sunday afternoon features a collaborative scratch performance, integrating live sound, video projection, and improvised movement. This event is designed to inspire creativity and collaboration, welcoming participants of all experience levels.
Yumino Seki will also take the opportunity to introduce Butoh, a form of Japanese dance theatre focusing on the body’s transformative nature. For more on Butoh, visit Butoh UK.
